DEPOSITS |
Reservations are secured by a deposit equal to the room rate for one night, except for foliage season ( 9/15-10/25) which requires a 2 night deposit for stays longer than one night. |
CANCELLATION |
Deposits are refundable up to 14 days before arrival, after which refunds will be made only if the room is rebooked |

The State of Vermont prohibits smoking in all interior spaces, which includes the rooms. No Children under 18 or pets, please. |

Our deluxe continental breakfasts allows you to choose among several homemade baked goods, such as pear coffee cake, english breakfast pudding, blueberry johnny cakes, flourless quiche, or various muffins. Fresh fruit is served in season, or baked bananas or apples maison. Cereals and yogurts are always available, and we serve freshly ground , locally roasted, coffees and numerous teas. No food allergies are too daunting for our kitchen; just let us know when you arrive.
