Vermont State Law prohibits smoking in public accomodations. Please smoke in designated areas outside. Violations of this rule will incur a $250 charge to return the room to a non-smoking condition.

Pets are accepted on a case by case basis. Please call the inn for more information. Under no circumstances are aggressive animals allowed. Owners accept responsibility for any damage caused by pet. A $25 charge per stay is assessed to cover additional cleaning costs.

Policies
Our deluxe continental breakfasts features a rotating selection of homemade baked goods. Selections may include banana bread, scones, blueberry johnny cakes, flourless quiche, or various muffins. Fresh fruit is served in season. We serve freshly ground & locally roasted coffee and numerous teas. No food allergies are too daunting for our kitchen, just let us know when making reservations.
Check-in & Check-out
Our check-in time is from 4pm to 9pm. If you desire an earlier or later check-in time, please ask, in most cases we are able to accomodate your request. Upon arrival, follow the driveway to the front of the building. Enter through the main door along the curved wall. When inside, proceed to your left through the lounge to the office door and ring the bell. Check-Out is 11am. Un-returned keys will result in a $25 fee to cover re-keying the room.
Cancellations
Reservations must be cancelled at least 14 days prior to arrival to avoid being charged. Reservations that are cancelled within 14 days from arrival date will be charged for one night plus tax. If the room can be resold, we will waive the charge.
Services
Rates include continental breakfast in the morning, as well as an afternoon snack.
Wireless Internet
Free high speed wireless internet is available in all guest rooms and common areas.
It is often one person answering the phone, cleaning rooms, hauling firewood, making breakfast, and hostings guests. We are often awake before dawn, and up after midnight. When calling and hearing the voicemail, please leave a message, we are usually never more than a few minutes away from returning your call.
When making your reservations, please let us know when you are arriving. We plan our day around arrivals, and we often have errands to run, and tasks to attend to throughout the property. Providing an estimated time will allow us to ensure we are close by to welcome your arrival. We understand sometimes people are unavoidably delayed or circumstances change, please let us know if this occurs so we can accommodate your needs.
Children
Due to the unique design of the property, and the pieces of art that are present at the inn, children are not allowed.
